I keep getting the message "We are sorry, but we don't have maps at this zoom level for this region. Try zooming out for a broader look" in random spots on the map when I try to access it from both Firefox and IE. What gives?

Additional details – this happens both in the satellite AND map views. I am not looking at remote locations… I get the same message when I look at a very un-remote location (say, downtown NYC). When I look at the same location from another computer, I don't get the message. In fact, if I play around with the zoom option, I'll see the street I'm looking for, but will find the gray box with the message on the street right over, etc.
Just an added note – I have no problems with any other websites/images and I have the 'newest' web browsers.
