This smaller consulting package will provide you the basics for getting customer engagements on track. This package is ideal for people who want experienced hands guiding them through common customer scenarios, and/or get training on 1-2 topics that specifically apply to their business. 

 

These consultations are “a la carte” — meaning you may choose to purchase multiple sessions as you see fit!

  • Email support for up to 10 days after session date on topics discussed

The Master Compass Package

This consulting package is made for mastery. Whether it be diving deep into specific topics or defining a new framework for your day-to-day. This program will bring you to a place where you feel comfortable and confident in your customer work, freeing up your time and resources to focus on growing your business.

  • 4x55 mins virtual consulting sessions over a 3 months period

  • 3x15 mins laser "customer emergency" calls

  • Unlimited email support between sessions

  • Access to all resources available through the "Customer Goals" online course 

  • Customized templates or playbooks for common use cases (at extra cost)

Custom Trainings

Half/Full Day Intensive

Whether your looking to customize trainings to your business/industry or looking to hold private trainings for your team, the below packages will allow you the flexibility to create a training that is meaningful for you.

  • 1x30 mins discovery call to craft a tailored agenda that serves your specific needs & objectives
